Do you have Covid-19?

Anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 should not attend training and contact our customer service team at: training@sjacymru.org.uk or at short notice call us on 03456 785646

How will we be keeping you safe?

St John Ambulance Cymru Workplace Training department will ensure:

  1. Sufficient ventilation in classrooms will be provided
  2. Cleaning materials for wiping over surfaces as required will be available.
  3. Physical distancing where possible. During practical activities masks and gloves can be requested.
  4. Customers will be advised to refrain from attending training courses if they have tested positive for coronavirus.

These are consistent with the advice from Public Health Wales.

Hand sanitiser is readily available - All our training centres have hand sanitiser available to use should you wish.

Maintaining rigorous manikin cleaning - All manikins are sanitised after each use.

Training on your premises

Your premises must meet the current government guidelines. if you have any questions, please contact the team asap on 0345 678 5646 or email training@sjacymru.org.uk

What if I have booked on a training course, but I can’t make it now?

Courses are in high demand at the moment. If you know you are not going to be able to attend the course please let us know ASAP before the course.

My certificate has expired or is about to, what can I do?

You should book a course to renew your certificate as soon as possible. If your certificate expired some time ago and are not sure which course you need to book, our Customer Service Team can help. Call us on 0345 678 5646 or email us at training@sjacymru.org.uk.
