Run with us in the Cardiff Half Marathon!

Lace up your running shoes and join #TeamSJAC for the Cardiff Half Marathon 2025! By running on behalf of St John Ambulance Cymru, you'll be helping us continue providing essential first aid training and support in communities across Wales.

We have a limited number of free charity places available, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your spot, we simply ask that you pledge to raise a minimum of £250 in sponsorship to support our work.
